This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was it conveniently located just a short walk from St James Park, but it also had all the amenities I could ask for - comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful atmosphere. The key collection process was smooth, and the soundproofing in the apartment was excellent. I could relax without any disturbances from outside noise or the TV. the host went above and beyond to help me retrieve a lost passport, showing exceptional customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Newcastle.
